Mindfulness Resources

I am by no means an expert on mindfulness, meditation, psychology or anything really. I can, however, point you to some experts. My best advice is to do your own search. What works for some may not work for others. Try techniques out, find one you like and run with it. Like any new skill, mindfulness needs to be practiced. As you may practice the piano daily, have soccer practice or study, continuity is important for success. However, the most important factor for success is acceptance. You won’t be a prodigy immediately, your mind will wander. Smile at yourself, and say “yes” to your wandering mind, for it has lead you here. What may start today as a mindful breath will become a balanced, mindful life.
